Flaming 21 Limited are authorized by both of The Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE-UK) and The Society of Professional Engineers (SPE-UK) as the Primary Training Agents in People’s Republic of China for the Top-up Training Program of “Post-graduate Diploma in Construction Management and Contract Administration” which is leading to the dual professional qualifications of the corporate memberships of both CABE (MCABE, C Build. E) and SPE(MP.Eng(UK)), subject to PASS in their professional interviews.
